Guess what? not only i went to get my pay yesterday. but after much consideration and the encouragement from weilie and wanxiang, i decided to buck up all my courage and step into the HR room to log a complain about that idiot. I told that guy everything and i said i expect him to apologise to me for his rude behaviour and for no reason sack me on my first day of work! i also logged a complain about wanxiang's manager, who use the paper clip to hit her and insult her as stupid as a pig. its damn offending. Poor wanxiang intially don want to make a fuss over this matter cos she still wants to work there and was afraid that her manager would make things difficult for her. But on her behalf i told that guy everything and he say he will look into the matter and give me a reply within the next few days. He said those people might me alittle bit more rough but this doesnt mean they can use vulgarities or words like "you are as stupid as a pig" to abuse us. yess! its damn true. He even said i am the first part-timer who made this kind of complain & he's very surprise :/ Well, then let me start the ball rolling <:) I know we are young ( green grasses ) but this doesnt give you the authority to bully us. I'am not going to give in to unfair treatment. this is humans rights. we have our rights to voice out any unhappiness regardless of your working position or whatsoever. I must make this fucker to apologise to me unless he wants to create more troubles. I am more than willing to join in the fun with you cos i am so free right now. WooHoo :DDD i tell you, when he apologise to me, i am going to laugh my ass off. HA-HA-HA. cos he look so ya ya that day. The way he talk makes me feel like giving him a deep punch on his face. Lets see whos gonna be whose boss. YAY! After leaving that place, xiang and i went to PS to shop and i brought a new handbag with my pay & i am here to declare i am B-R-O-K-E already. haha. shop a lil while and we proceed down to clementi to meet up with darling! we had some conflict yesterday but its all settled already. finally we can peace out and have a heart to heart talk. & he told me something yesterday about someone which really pissed me off totally! damnit! he say he's going to do something about it, and i hope he will do it real soon, cos i really have the urge to tell the victim about the true story. haha. Okay, baby say i've to keep my hands off this thing cos this is how he wants to protect me from all troubles. My gawd! he's so darm sweet. I love him totally! Anyway... i'll have to end here. so bye (: <3 - i don't even feel the distance |
